Fairview offers chemical health education classes structured for DWI offenders and others with learning requirements as well as those who voluntarily seek chemical health information.

The classes, in two levels, fulfill legal requirements for drinking/drug offenders. Level I participants meet for one eight-hour day; Level II participants meet for two eight-hour days.  The classes are offered monthly and alternate between Fairview Recovery Services’ Edina (3400 W. 66th St., Suite 400) and Burnsville (156 Cobblestone Lane) sites.  Each class meets from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 30 minute lunch on your own.  If level II is required, clients will do 2 Saturdays in a row.
